I just started using Clients Downloads and I think it is an excellent module.

But I have some feedback to share:
1. It would be very useful to have Member Group Folders. This will allow having download areas for shared document libraries with no need of adding members all the time.
2. Folder-to-entry relation could be of a good use (e.g. entry has document folder it refers to)
3. Per-asset relations could be very beneficial. Linking a file to a weblog entry could be a good feature (e.g. pdf version of an entry)

Is it possible to change permission check from per-member to per-group tweaking the php code? I just want to start using your module as file manager for members-only use.

Per-group folders is the most requested feature for this module and I hope to add it in the future. In the meantime, I have an extension that allows all new members to be assigned to an existing group if that would be any help.
