I’m trying to use Member Import.  I have Username, Email, Screen name columns.  When I get to Check Details everything looks fine, but when I get to Map Member Fields, my options for the three colums are “none” and “——”

The file is a CSV.

What might I be doing wrong?  thanks.

Not sure what is going wrong, I’m afraid. Is it possible to email me a version of the CSV file - just a couple of lines will do.

I might be able to narrow down whether it is a problem with the file or whether the module is having trouble on your setup.

Thanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew-

I sent you an email with sample of the csv attached.  Did you receive it?  Really would like to get this resolved soon (so I can make a donation).

Thanks.

I sent it again yesterday so I’m guessing it’s being flagged as spam.  Here’s the file, attached.

Hi Geoff,

Thanks for the file. (I have deleted it from the thread just in case there was any personal data)

I’ve just run a test import on my system and get the expected fields in the Map fields step. Do you have cookies enabled on your browser?

Hi Andrew–

Cookies are enabled (Firefox 3.5.8 on OS X 10.5.8).  I’ll try Safari and then Windows and advise.
