Hello,

Can CSVGrab import Hierarchical categories?

Can you look at my sample csv ?

Title|Body|Category|Latitude|Longitude

Latitude and Longitude are custom fileds…

“sample title”,“sample body”,“category one|category two|category tree|category four”,-43.518760681152,172.636611938477

And category hierarchy must be like:

category one
-category two
—category tree
——category four

Can i do that?

Thanks:)

I think there is currently a problem adding hierarchical categories.

If it an initial import it will create all the categories at the top-level, and you should be able to restructure the levels from the Control Panel.

@Safak, I am having the same need with datadump that you had back in the day with CSVDump.  Unfortunately the link you provided no longer works.  Do you still have that code snippet?
